Who we are

What we collect, and why

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. The contact form opens WhatsApp on your own device; it does not send anything to our servers. See the cookie notice.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare, our hosting and content-delivery provider, which serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), which carries the messages you choose to send us. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that exchange, and we only receive what you send.
We do not sell personal data. Where a processor is outside Nepal, data may be transferred internationally under that provider’s contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and for up to 24 months after the conversation ends, unless we have a contract with you or the law requires longer. Server logs are kept by our provider for their standard period.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. These rights come from Nepal’s Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) and, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, from the GDPR or UK GDPR. Email privacy@dhuritech.com; we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Our products
Dhuri One, Dhuri Gateway and Dhuri Commerce process data for their customers. This notice covers only this website.
