Dhuri Technologies, known as Dhuri Tech, is a software company in Kathmandu, Nepal. We make the foundations that other teams should not have to rebuild, and we are careful about saying only what is true.
What Dhuri Technologies does
Dhuri Technologies is a Kathmandu, Nepal software company. It builds Dhuri Gateway, payment middleware for WHMCS with eSewa, Khalti and ConnectIPS; Dhuri One, hosted OpenID Connect sign-in and access for SaaS; and Dhuri Commerce, point of sale and inventory for shops, restaurants and wholesalers in Nepal.
The company is not connected to the town of Dhuri in Punjab, India. Our name is the Nepali word for a roof ridge.
The name
In Nepali, dhuri is the ridge of a roof: the line where two slopes meet and everything else rests. It also means an axis or a pivot. That is the job we want our software to do. Quiet, structural, and underneath everything above it.
Our mark is that idea drawn once: a plane folded along its crest, with a point of light at the apex. Dhuri One wears it in indigo, Dhuri Gateway in emerald, Dhuri Commerce in lake blue. The shape never changes; only the layer does.
What we believe
- Foundations deserve care. Sign-in and payments are where mistakes cost the most. We take the slow route in those places.
- Say what is built. Docs, this site and our status labels describe what exists. Roadmap items are called roadmap.
- Keep the exit open. Our products are designed to run on your own infrastructure, on open standards, with your keys.
- Made in Nepal, for everywhere. Local roots, open standards that work anywhere.
